Deposits by credit/debit card

You can deposit funds to your Account with us quickly and easily by credit or debit card. The entire transaction is processed online. 

Credit/debit card transactions are generally processed within minutes of being requested. The deposited funds are available for use immediately.

For credit/debit cards, we provide you with the option of paying in your own currency. We provide a competitive exchange rate, presented upfront in the payment method interface.  

The card used to deposit and withdraw should be in your name. Third party or anonymous payments will not be accepted.

For payment verification and security reasons, once your account has been funded using a card, a copy or a picture of the card that has been used to fund your account is required. 

• Cover (black-out) all digits except the last four on the front side of your card for security purposes.
• Please make sure your full name is visible.
• Expiry date must be visible.

You can upload the document directly under your profile files tab (upper right corner of your dashboard) or send it via email to [email protected].

Further deposits with the same card do not require you to reupload it.

Before you can use any other credit card, you will need to follow the same process as described above. 

It is important to keep a record of all of your card deposits.
