I cannot log in to my MT4/MT5 trading account

If you are unable to log in to your MT4 or MT5 platform, please make sure that:

  1. You have completed your KYC verification.
  2. You are entering the correct details received by email (Login ID, password and server name).
  3. You have a stable internet connection.
  4. The problem does not come from your platform. Restart and/or reinstall your trading terminal. 
  5. Your trading account was not disabled due to inactivity.
