I cannot log in to my MT4/MT5 trading account

If you are unable to log in to your MT4 or MT5 platform, please make sure that:
- You have completed your KYC verification.
- You are entering the correct details received by email (Login ID, password and server name).
- You have a stable internet connection.
- The problem does not come from your platform. Restart and/or reinstall your trading terminal.
- Your trading account was not disabled due to inactivity.
