Why my deposit was rejected?

Deposits can be rejected in the following cases:
- You did not complete the payment process. Therefore, we did not receive your funds.
- You provided incorrect information. Please make sure your financial information is correctly entered before submitting your deposit.
- Third party or anonymous payments are not allowed: please make sure your the funding method you used belong to you and is in your name.
- Payment limits: your bank account might have some payment limits or online payment disabled. You will have to check it with your bank before making a deposit.
