A PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) account is a type of forex investment account that allows investors to allocate a portion of their funds to experienced traders by investing in their strategy. These strategy owners trade on behalf of multiple investors, and profits or losses are shared proportionately to each investor's investment amount.
Investors benefit from the potential gains of trading without needing to make any trade decisions themselves or spend time monitoring the market.
While the strategy owner handles the trading activities, each investor retains control over their respective portion of the total capital. This means that although the strategy owner executes all trades, each investor has the right to enter or leave the pool, typically subject to certain conditions or terms set by the strategy owner.
As a common example: I invested in strategy XYZ, now I want to withdraw my funds. According to the strategy conditions, the withdrawal delay can vary from 1 day up to 30 days or more.
Before investing, please make sure you read carefully all the terms and conditions of the strategy.
