  2. Platform & Trading Account Number: Specify whether you are using MT4 or MT5, and provide your trading account number.

  4. Description of the problem: Provide a comprehensive description of the issue you encountered. Explain what happened and what you expected to happen. Include any relevant details such as error messages, abnormal behaviors, or discrepancies in trade execution.
  5. If available, attach screenshots or any other supporting documentation that can help our team investigate your case more effectively. This may include screenshots of error messages, transaction histories, or account statements.
